They needed to develop a digital solution to meet the needs of two segments.
On one side, their clients—brands distributing consumer goods—faced issues related to the lack of fast and detailed information about user purchasing profiles to generate direct marketing actions and promotions.
On the other side, consumers faced segmented promotions across different chains and a lack of transparency in these promotions.
A challenging context
In the current market, consumers face difficulties finding meaningful offers and discounts, which results in a lack of incentive for customer loyalty. Moreover, the complexity of obtaining benefits from purchases limited their participation.
Before Deyappa, the only way to collect information for a brand was by integrating with their technology and processing their data. With the platform, we skipped this step, allowing us to scan receipts from any supermarket brand.

We designed an intuitive and scalable mobile app where users scan their purchase receipts to obtain benefits, and brands gain access to an endless source of accurate, real-time data on consumption habits.
The new application is available for iOS and Android.
